Life can be hectic, and scheduling conflicts are bound to occasionally happen. Please call, text or email if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows our other clients to book with our therapists. We will do our best to work with you, but cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the treatment fee. No-call and no-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. This amount should be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. We value all of our clients and therapists, which is why communication is key.
