Becca Weinstein, LMT
Becca has been in practice for 17 years, many of which were in Tucson, AZ where she attended massage school. Energy awareness and cultivating mindful presence served as the foundation of the program, and she quickly discovered that she had a gift with energy modalities and intuitively integrating techniques ranging from the deep, therapeutic to the more subtle yet profoundly therapeutic into her sessions. Her years of practice have shown her that so much more is possible in terms of healing, pain relief, and injury recovery when the nervous system is calmed and we work at the level of energy. Becca customizes each session, drawing from massage therapy and energy modalities, including Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Prenatal/Postpartum Massage. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and developed comprehensive holistic wellness and healing protocols for traumatic brain injury and caregiver self-care, and does energy wellness with pets. She also works with people to strengthen their energy field, and creates custom quantum energy meditation paintings for Empowered Alignment.
Becca is available on Tuesdays, Thursday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays.

Catherine Chester,
PRT, LMT
Catherine is a licensed massage therapist offering gentle, attuned bodywork that prioritizes safety, nervous system regulation, and deep listening. Her approach blends gentle, nourishing massage therapy with subtle energy work, Craniosacral Therapy, and SourcePoint Therapy®, meeting the body where it is rather than forcing change.
Her touch is informed by extensive training in Hakomi Somatic Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Body-Mind Centering, which support a slow, respectful pace and an awareness of how the nervous system and body hold stress and pain. Catherine works collaboratively with the body, allowing patterns to unwind organically over time.
This style of massage is especially supportive for those with chronic pain, trauma histories, sensitive nervous systems, elders, or anyone who prefers a softer, more receptive approach. If you’re seeking deep tissue or forceful work, her offerings may not be the right fit.
Catherina is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Malika Davis LMT
Malika’s approach to massage is mindful and client-centered. Through slow, attentive techniques, she supports the body in releasing holding patterns and returning to a more regulated state. Sessions can range from gentle to deeper therapeutic work, while remaining grounding and responsive. She believes no massage is one-size-fits-all and approaches each session as a collaborative partnership guided by active listening and empathy.
With a background in social work and mental health, she is influenced by the nervous system and its many interconnected components. Her work may incorporate guided meditation, sound healing, and/or energy work. Malika is also a certified yoga teacher with advanced training in lymphatic drainage and values continued education. Her approach is also informed by personal lived experience with chronic conditions and mental health challenges, deepening her understanding of how the body may process pain and stress.
Malika is available for booking on Mondays and Thursdays.

Hilary Silver LMT
Hilary’s approach to bodywork is rooted in the art of creating space. With over a decade of experience in holistic massage and a strong foundation in deep tissue work, she understands that meaningful healing happens in the moments between effort and release.
Her practice is guided by the belief that bodywork, movement, and music are intrinsically connected through the art of listening. Whether she is following a melodic line or easing a muscular restriction, Hil aims to attune to the body’s natural rhythm, allowing it to lead the way back to balance and presence.
Shaped by a life of movement and exploration—from the coastlines of Maine to transformative time in Peru, Israel, and Costa Rica—Hil brings a grounded, universal perspective to her work. Hilary knows that deep recovery cannot be forced; it must be invited. Her work is anchored in the assurance that intentional recovery is the foundation for everything we do.
Hilary is available on Wednesdays and Fridays.
